Cancellation Policy

2016 Cancellation & Change Penalties

No refunds will be made in the event of “no shows”, unused tickets, lost tickets, interruptions, partially used tickets, or cancellations received late or after the start of the cruise. Four Seasons Party Cruise strongly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation and interruption insurance. This will be offered as a quote on your invoice. You have the option to decline such purchase if you so choose. Cancellation charges for individual bookings will be assessed as listed below. Booking changes include but are not limited to changing cabin mates and changing rooms. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. 90% of the initial deposit is non-refundable. The cancellation percentage is calculated on the balance remaining after the deduction of the non-refundable deposit.
